Mastertag has always dedicated extreme attention to the use of the most innovative IT and industrial technologies, for instance in the batching and mixing of colorants, or in the robotization of production processes, permitting constant reductions to be made in lead times between orders and delivery.
In close collaboration with customers, design projects are developed using CAD-CAM software (Cimatron E, Moldflow), connected to machine tools with control over 4 axes.
CAD with CAM parametric environment is used both to offer customers realistic and correct estimates, and to create production routes, replacing direct machine programming, often impossible for complex shapes. Modelling and drawing are done totally in parametric mode, with the possibility of assembly and checks on models with CAD.
