Thermoplastic products are manufactured by the transformation of the basic granular materials, using presses applying pressures ranging from a minimum of 35 tonnes up to a maximum of 500 tonnes.
The Mastertag plastics moulding department has 16 presses suitable for production with materials including elastomers, polyurethanes, polyamides with or without additives, acetalic resins, homopolymers, ABS, PPS, polypropylene and polystyrene.
