The parts of a grating are not all the same but perform very different funcitons.
The inside must be strong, sturdy and secure.
The outside must feature good looks and protect against dust and weather conditions. What is more, cleaning must be simple and fast.
Sliding systems, besides being silent, must be indeformable and not require mainttenance.
To cater these requirements, using all our experience in working technoplastic materials and metals, we have designed, patented and developed the first extension grating combines three different materials:
- STAINLESS STEEL for STRONG and SECURE internal armpuring
- outer ALUMINIUM covering for LIGHTNESS and GOOD LOOKS
- TECHNOPLASTICS used in sliding and coupling systems that make the product SILENT and FUNCTIONAL.
All the standard versions of the Silèa models (MT400 and MT600) have been tested for break-in resistance according to European Burglar Proof Standard ENV 1627 and awarded class 2 certification.      |
