• Molds for Thermoplastic Materials
Micro-Molding: production of complex molds for very small components (weighing less than 1 g), where reliability and compliance with tight tolerances are essential.

Plastic Molding:

Production Capacity and Machinery: 14 injection molding machines
Complete coverage of production needs, with machines ranging from 50 to 450 tons of clamping force.

• Distinctive Skills and Specialized Technologies:

– Bi-injection/two-component molding
This allows a single object to be created by combining two different materials (rigid/soft, colored) or two colors.
Advantage: maximum integration of functionality and improved aesthetics, reducing assembly costs.

– Advanced Micro-Molding
Production of extremely small plastic components with very tight tolerances.

• Materials and Overmolding

– Range of Materials (from commodities to engineering polymers): we work with standard materials (commodities such as PE, PP, PS) and, above all, with advanced high-performance engineering polymers (PA, POM, PBT, PC, ABS, PPS) for critical applications that require mechanical, thermal, or chemical resistance.

– Co-molding with metal inserts (overmolding): precision integration of metal inserts during the molding process. Result: more robust and functional hybrid components (e.g., threaded pins, electrical contacts).

Metal and Alloy Molding:

We offer a complete service for cold forming of metals and alloys, guaranteeing high-precision parts and efficient management of both small and large volumes.
Our equipment allows us to cover a wide range of complexities, from single shots to fully automated production.

• Production Capacity and Machinery:  13 Mechanical Presses
A robust and reliable fleet of machines, with capacities ranging from 40 to 350 tons of pressing force.
This variety ensures the flexibility needed to handle sheets of different thicknesses and materials.

• Technology:

• Detailed Manual Rework: ideal for smaller batches, complex parts requiring specific finishes, or for secondary rework operations on pre-machined components.

• Automated Progressive Stamping: use of progressive dies for continuous high-speed production. Process optimized for large volumes, ensuring competitive costs and maximum dimensional repeatability of the component.

Aluminum Profile Processing

We specialize in the processing of extruded and rolled aluminum profiles, a key material for sectors that require lightness, strength, and refined aesthetics.
We offer versatile processes to transform raw profiles into finished components, handling exceptional lengths.

• Dimensions
We are equipped to work with aluminum profiles up to 6 meters in length.
This extended capacity makes us the ideal partner for projects involving:
– Long structural components.
– Large frames and moldings.
– Sectors such as construction, transportation, and industrial furniture.

• Technology
To ensure maximum quality and the required tolerance, we use two main methods, selected based on geometric complexity and production volumes:

–  CNC cutting and milling.
Absolute precision: we use CNC machining centers to perform angled cuts, drilling, and complex milling with maximum accuracy.

–  Shearing on presses.
Mass efficiency: we exploit the speed of the presses to perform clean cuts and punching.
Advantage: economical and extremely fast solution for large batches and profiles with simple and repetitive cuts.
